BioTechnical Services has developed PDQ™...Process Driven Quality. This unique system allows us to turnaround shop repairs at an average of 3 business days. Utilizing a konbon process normally reserved for high-throughput manufacturing, we isolate troubleshooting to unique workstations from software, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration. Each incoming unit is tagged, safety-checked, and then moved through for initial troubleshooting, usually the same business day! Once diagnosed, we contact you with the quote for completing the repairs and then move the unit to final test pending return to your lab. Each shop repair will be accompanied by a "Final Lap" checklist showing you the parameters your instrument was tested under for proper operation.

Our shop rate is 20% off the standard field rate and during this initial web promotion, we'll also waive the normal $50 pickup and delivery charges for instruments in the Southern California area.
