Biotechnical Services Inc. has the right service agreement to meet the service requirements of your lab. We offer flexible terms based on one of your most important concerns…time. We know that instrument down time is never at the right time and our professional staff will provide the quality service you need to continue with your work as quickly as possible. Review the provisions of each of our new "BIO" service plans to find the agreement coverage best suited for each piece of equipment and select your product type to get your own custom estimate.

BIO 1 PLAN
For those customers who wish to reserve the highest priority response and turnaround time for instrument repairs. The BIO 1 Plan offers two scheduled preventative maintenance calls and calibrations during the annual term. Additional labor, travel, and parts charges are also covered under this plan for emergency service. And that emergency service comes with a one-hour call back from one of our qualified field service representatives via e-mail or phone to confirm receipt of your service call and schedule the time for repair. The on-site repair will always be prioritized to be within one business day of the time the call was received. 1 plan… 1 hour… 1 day.

BIO 2 PLAN
For most instrumentation, a two day turnaround is sufficient to plan around instrument downtime. Your emergency service comes with a two-hour call back from one of our qualified field service representatives via e-mail or phone to confirm receipt of your service call and schedule the time for repair. The on-site repair will always be prioritized to be within two business days of the time the call was received. The BIO 2 Plan offers two scheduled preventative maintenance calls and calibrations during the annual term. Additional labor, travel, and parts charges are also covered under this plan for emergency service. Plan 2… 2 calibrations... 2 PMC’s... 2 hour callback… 2-day on-site... It just keeps getting easier.

BIO 3 PLAN
The BIO 3 Plan is the lowest cost agreement plan offered by BTS. If your main concern is to have your instrument calibrated and maintained this is the agreement plan for your lab. Your emergency service comes with a three-hour call back from one of our qualified field service representatives via e-mail or phone to confirm receipt of your service call and schedule the time for repair and is discounted. The on-site repair will always be prioritized to be within three business days of the time the call was received. All emergency repairs will be performed at 20% off the prevailing labor/travel rate and with a 20% discount of parts used in the course of those repairs. Plan 3… 3 hour callback… 3-day on-site… emergency savings in 3 ways (labor, travel, and parts).
